At Import Hardwood Solutions we like to do the next step for you. We can pre-stain any of your upcoming projects. Our method is to hand apply stain on all four sides of the board. This way helps to protect every side and to make sure the board is evenly coated.
Messmer's Uv plus natural
We stain with Messmer's UV Plus Natural. Messmer's UV Plus is a premium natural stain made for dense exotic hardwoods like Ipe and types of Mahogany. This stain helps to protect your hardwood from harsh UV Rays and also has a mildew resistant coating.

We pre-stain all our orders onsite to make sure every board we touch does not have any imperfections. Also, staining before installing your project helps to ensure even protection.
